In this library, we have gathered publications developed by members of RI Talks with the aim of
expanding the public debate on politics, economics, culture, international relations, and more.

This collective work from the Center for the Study of International Relations (CERES) proposes a profound reflection on the transformations of International Relations in the last ten years, a period marked by crises, geopolitical reconfigurations, and narrative disputes that have redefined the international order.

This edition investigates new ways of understanding the territories, visible and invisible, where the conflicts and resistances of our time unfold. It proposes rethinking war not only as a military event, but as a political, symbolic, and human structure.
